At Kick-Off of this stage we search for possible interview partners to get a better understanding of the mentor side while giving feedback in a mentoring. We want to understand their motivation and their thinking behind their feedback which they adress or not.
With doodle we could create a good to use format to appoint our interviews. It like a booking system which makes the date search a lot easier.
Having this framework of a weekly meeting that is designed for presenting our current projects in a group that spans the different years and get inputs from them, we decided to use this for a short prototype testing. Having already been part of this type of meeting in the past and feeling like it regularly failed to deliver, we wanted to create a tool to make the navigation and talking more easy.
